Freedom Seminars

Freedom Seminars are specifically designed to help Christians break free from problems and bondages in their lives.  We offer a number of Freedom Seminars to choose from.  The seminars allow Christians to deal in depth with a particular subject, gaining Biblical wisdom and practical application. All seminars take place over at least a couple of days and include a number of 45 minute sessions, with each session building on the previous one.

The seminars feature interactive teaching, question and answer time, personal prayer and ministry for those who want it and private one on one visits for people dealing with personal issues.  Materials are provided.

Hosting a Seminar in Your Church or Area

If you would like to host a Freedom Seminar in your area, please contact us.  Seminars outside of our immediate area will need to take place over a 2-3 days, such as a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday. Seminars within reasonable driving distance can take place weekly over a period of 4-6 weeks.  The entire seminar is about 12 hours.  It is adaptable to a shorter times frame.  Contact Steve Highlander at 417-684-1108 or E-Mail by clicking here.

Seminars can be held in a  church for a particular congregation, or in a public, secular venue if you want to attract the public or cross church lines.  With any venue there should be a seminar setting with good lighting, tables and chairs, sound system and simple refreshments.

Freedom of Forgiveness Seminar

Drs. Steve and Brooke Highlander present the  FREEDOM OF FORGIVENESS Seminar. Many people in the church struggle with various issues of forgiveness.  Because of this they can never break free from the past to fulfill their future destiny in  God.   Telling people to, "just forgive them and go on," works for some people, but for millions of people it does not, because the issues are complex and the feelings raw.  This seminar will help you sort out those issues and approach them from a Biblical perspective.

However, most people have never been told that or they do not have the spiritual resources to handle unforgivingness, so they are left to try to deal with it in the emotional realm only. This seminar will help you walk through any issue of unforgivingness. Steve has taught the principles in this seminar for over 15 years, in a wide variety of settings including prison, church groups, Bible studies YWAM DTS Training and as a series on Sunday mornings. We have seen people release unforgiveness towards others, forgive themselves after years of self-sabotage, rededicate their lives to God, and even get saved in these seminars.
